About Tracy

I implement an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring my therapeutic approach to fit the unique needs of each individual. I also believe in a holistic approach to therapy, exploring the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual needs of each client and support maintaining a healthy balance in life. When indicated as a need in treatment, I incorporate holistic nutrition and lifestyle education into my work. I offer individual, couple, family and group counseling. With 14 years of clinical expertise, I specialize in treating clients with anxiety and depression, relationship issues, life transitions, trauma recovery and multicultural challenges. As a Approved Clinical Supervisor, I offer clinical supervision for established counselors and those seeking support while exploring the challenges of being a practitioner.
I am a 6th year doctoral student in Counseling and Human Development at the University of Rochester and earned my Master’s of Education in Counseling from Northern Arizona University.
